Lisa successfully defends her PhD thesis

On April 23rd, Lisa defended her PhD thesis. What many people had told her beforehand turned out to be true: the defense itself was a great experience.

We all enjoyed a wonderful and in-depth discussion with her opponents on the use of MRI in planning and evaluation in ocular proton therapy , followed by a warm celebration with colleagues, friends, and family.

Fortunately, this is not a farewell. Lisa will continue as a postdoctoral researcher in our group and as technical physician at HollandPTC.
